Extra Supplement :

  • Sightseeing of South Goa by exclusive a/c vehicle @ Rs. 2000/- per couple shall be charged extra.
  • Sightseeing of North Goa by exclusive a/c vehicle @ Rs. 1800/- per couple shall be charged extra.

Please Note :-

  • All extras to be paid directly by guest at the time of Check-in at the resort.
  • All personal expenses like laundry, phone calls, room service etc. will be charged extra.
  • Check In time - 1pm & Check Out time - 11.00am.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

Please note our cancellation/amendment policy for The Goan Village Beach Resort, Goa as under :

  • For any cancellations/amendments made 7 days prior to date of check-in (12 noon Indian Standard Time), Rs. 1500 will be debited from the deposit as reservation charge.
  • For any cancellations/amendments made 3 days prior to date of check-in (12 noon Indian Standard Time), one night charge will be debited from the deposit.
  • For any cancellations/amendments made 1 day prior to date of check-in (12 noon Indian Standard Time), two nights charge will be debited from the deposit.
  • No shows and early check-outs will be charged one night's room rate.
  • For all cancellations of confirmed room reservations for the period 24th December 2011 to 6th January 2012 a standard cancellation charge of Rs.10000 will be charged.
  • Requests for specific bed types based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
